Dormia 60 Day Sleep Trial

Dormia offers a one time 60 day sleep trial on all new mattresses*. Because of their unique pressure-relieving properties, Dormia requires that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before a return authorization will be given. After 30 days, if you still want to return your new mattress, simply call our customer service department toll free at 1-800-481-1218 for instructions on how to return your purchase for a refund. (**the customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges**). The returned mattress must be in “As New” condition and include the original receipt, in order to be eligible for a refund***.

When does the trial start?

The 60-day trial offer starts when your mattress is delivered. It is available only on mattress purchases and products purchased as part of a sleep system.

*Electrical Adjustable bases, bed frames, pillows, toppers, cushions, sheets, custom size beds, waterbed mattresses and accessories cannot be returned.

**If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped, or in the case of a refusal, the customer will be responsible for any and all freight charges. This includes the original freight cost to the customer, as well as the cost of the return to our warehouse.

***Should you decide to return your mattress, your refund will be applied in the same form as the initial payment was received. The customer is required to pay the return shipping.

****If you would like to exchange your Dormia mattress for another mattress within the 60 day sleep trial, the customer will be required to pay the return shipping cost, as well as the cost of shipping the new mattress.

****In the event an order arrives damaged, please contact the number listed above immediately, so we can discuss your options. In some cases the boxes may appear damaged, but the product inside is not. Dormia reserves the right to re-ship new merchandise if warranted.
